FPF Speaker Series: Hour of Bliss
"Hour of Bliss" is a nourishing guided meditation session hosted by Professor Felicia Darling (XMATH 32). It consists of about five minutes of gentle diaphragmatic breathing, followed by a 40-minute guided meditation called "Little Points of Light Body Scan."

Move to Campus Panel
Join us to learn what it is like first-hand moving to the main campus from FPF students who did it too! Our FPF Ambassadors, L&S College Advisors, and FPF Director Tara Young will be present to discuss with you. This event will feature a brief presentation on how to access advising after FPF, followed by a panel discussion from FPF Ambassadors.
